The Westleigh School is very excited to relaunch our Parent Teacher Association (PTA). 

Our PTA plays a vital role in supporting our school, fostering a sense of community, and enhancing the educational experience of all our students. By joining the PTA, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in shaping the future of our school and making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Here are just a few reasons why joining the PTA is so important:

 

·         Supporting Our Students: The PTA organises various events and fundraisers throughout the year to support our students and provide them with enriching experiences both inside and outside the classroom.

·         Building Community: Being part of the PTA is a great way to connect with other parents, teachers, and school staff. It allows you to build relationships and work together towards common goals that benefit our entire school community.

·         Advocacy: The PTA serves as a powerful voice for parents and advocates for the needs of our students. By joining the PTA, you can actively participate in discussions and decisions that affect our school and our children's education.

·         Volunteer Opportunities: Whether you have a little or a lot of time to spare, there are plenty of volunteer opportunities available through the PTA. From helping out at school events to contributing your skills and expertise, there's something for everyone.

We believe that every parent has something valuable to contribute, and we would be thrilled to have you join us in our efforts to make our school the best it can be. Whether you're a seasoned PTA member or new to the idea, your participation is essential to the success of our organisation.

We would  like to extend a heartfelt invitation to you to join our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA).

We really value your input and our meetings are friendly and informal. The next meeting is on Wednesday 10th July at 6pm in J block.

The agenda will be sent out via synergy in advance of the meeting. We can’t wait to see the PTA members old and new.
